With each web site project, we always give a complete estimate, including
a sample design to make it clear where we are heading.
We state the maximum fee that the client will be
expected to pay.
Once the first pre-designing phase of the project is completed, you can
view and verify the initial design concept, approve the
concept or request modifications.
We are in contact during the entire development process to approve
placement of text, and any edits that need to be done to
content.
Once all content is approved, the site is built and
deployed to a test server.
Only after final approval, the site is uploaded on your
own live server or hosting space.
We will provide you with all files including sources for
any future modifications.
Customer care: * We keep the site updated for a period of 3 month after
going live without additional cost. * This includes
minor changes on the design (max 5 hours of work/month)
* Any more updates after that period can be done at
additional charges on hourly base or fixed contract. (This
is subject as offered separate after the design is
completed)
